City Loft Design

This project involves the interior and exterior design of a two-story loft in an up-and-coming neighborhood. Neutral colors paired with exposed brick blend together to create a modern and industrial atmosphere while still maintaining a sense of home. A spacious kitchen with ample counter space is the perfect place to prepare meals for friends and family. Flowing from the kitchen, a unique hole in the wall connects the large dining space to keep guests engaged. The space is flooded with natural light with large windows to add to the liveliness of the space.

Two living spaces create a physical separation between private and public activities. The balcony on the second floor provides a relaxing escape from the fast-paced world. Overall, the space is a creative mixture of homey and comfortable with productive and industrial.
